BYLAWS, DUES AND MEETINGS
POA ByLaws
Horseshoe Cove POA Bylaws protect the property values of every resident and lot owner in the neighborhood.
Horseshoe Cove POA is not a voluntary membership. When you move into the neighborhood, your closing files should contain Horseshoe Cove POA membership information. You are responsible for reading the Bylaws and informing yourself of our restrictions.
Annual Dues
This 2024-2025 dues are set at $1300 per resident and lot owner. If you own several lots you will be paying $1300 per lot.
The annual dues are used for maintenance of our neighborhood and front gate area. Since we are a gated community, we have private roads and the POA is responsible for upkeep and paving of our roads. We also pay for snow removal of our main roads during the winter and also insurance payments. At times we pay for improvements to our neighborhood. All improvements need to be approved by the Board.
Annual Meetings
Horseshoe Cove POA holds an annual meeting the second Saturday after July 4th. Every resident is invited to attend. The Budget will be voted on and past minutes will be read for finished business and unfinished business.
This years’ meeting will be held on Saturday, July 13th at 10am at the common area deck by the boat dock.
