Meetings and Dues

• Overall responsibility to ensure POA operates smoothly and is financially stable
• Organize POA board meetings when necessary
• Review proposed projects and new construction
• Liaison with local officials, attorneys, utilities, real estate agencies and other 3rd parties on behalf of the POA
• Maintain list of current lot owners, lot number(s), phone numbers, street address and emails

Secretary/Treasurer: Angelina Skiles

• Maintain, track and monitor POA expenditures in accordance with the 2026-2027 approved budget
• Pay approved expenses and monitor all auto-pay withdraws
• Prepare and recommend future years POA budgets and highlight necessary increases, shortfalls and other identified issues

Assistant Treasurer: Bill Coxwell

• Assist treasure in the tracking and collection of POA dues
• Assist in the preparation and recommend future years POA budgets and highlight necessary increases, shortfalls or other identified issues

Grounds and Maintenance: Eric Rankin

• Manage and direct landscapers, lawn care, road repair, tree removal and all other necessary repairs on property controlled by the POA, review and approve invoices
• Respond to requests and concerns raised by POA members
• Review proposed projects and new construction per by-laws

Access Control/Gates: Claxton Baer

• Point of contact for gate system
• Maintain and update current access control system for residents, visitors and deliveries
• Coordinate any necessary repairs or upgrades to the system

Security: Mike Skinner

• Overall security strategy including lights, surveillance and signage
• Recommend improvements to the board, manage the scoping and installation and repair of existing system
• Recommend security improvements for the dock POA
